8. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice by calling (925) 478-4048 so we can offer the time to another guest. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings. Opting out of the SMS program does not cancel any existing appointments; please contact us directly to manage bookings.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
