Questions we hear a lot
We believe beautiful nails should never come at the expense of your health, so we don't offer traditional acrylic powder services. Instead we provide carefully selected alternatives including organic dip powder, builder gel and Gel-X extensions, designed to deliver long-lasting results while minimizing exposure to harsh chemicals found in traditional nail products.
We use LED curing lights instead of traditional UV lamps whenever possible, and we choose products that are vegan, cruelty-free and formulated with cleaner ingredients. It's a safer, healthier nail care experience that also supports environmentally conscious beauty practices.
Builder gel starts from $60, Gel-X extensions from $65 and pedicures from $50. For detailed pricing on every service, please refer to our full menu.
Everyone is welcome at Gaia. We're a family-friendly and kid-friendly salon with a comfortable, relaxing environment for guests of all ages. The salon is pregnancy-safe, using non-toxic, vegan and cruelty-free products whenever possible along with LED curing lights instead of traditional UV lamps. We also happily welcome service dogs, so every guest can enjoy our services with comfort and confidence.
You'll find us at 2315 Oakgrove Rd, Walnut Creek, CA 94598. We're open seven days a week: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sunday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, closed on major holidays. Walk-ins and appointments are both welcome.

Our customer policy
Thank you for choosing our salon. To keep every visit pleasant and relaxing for all of our guests, please review the following.
Appointments
Appointments are recommended and walk-ins are welcome when available. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling.
Cancellations
We kindly request at least 4 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
Children
For safety reasons, children who are not receiving services should be supervised by an adult at all times.
Salon courtesy
Please keep cell phone conversations brief and voices low while receiving services, especially during pedicures. Keep phones on silent or vibrate whenever possible.
Health & safety
Please inform your technician of any allergies, medical conditions, nail infections, fungus, cuts or open wounds before service begins. We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may pose a health or safety risk.
Personal belongings
Please keep personal belongings with you at all times. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Service satisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon so we can address your concerns. Repairs for gel polish or enhancements may be provided within 5 days of service, subject to salon discretion.
Payment
Payment is due at the time services are completed. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Respectful environment
We are committed to a comfortable and respectful environment for all guests and staff. Abusive, disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
